Sleep Apnoea and Oxygen
Are you a  Pompe’s patient who  wakes with morning headaches, or do you feel really fatigued
or drowsy during the day?
Some Pompe’s people find that they have poor concentration, a poor memory or sleep
disturbances. There could be several reasons for this. However, it’s also possible that you could
be suffering from Sleep Apnoea, due to your oxygen levels being too low when you sleep.
Under-ventilation  is a common occurrence with Pompe's Disease.
Sleep Apnoea is serious, and if you recognize yourself in the above, it would probably be a very
good idea  for you to consult with a Sleep and Respiratory Specialist as soon as you can.
